"We recently updated with Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 and are regretting it with the changes in our Outlook Express. We've received two emails with Power Point attachments(pps)which we're unable to open. Instead, we are told, "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder options control panel". What is this??? We could open these attachments before? Tell us what to do. Thanks!"
